Many of our products qualify for free shipping within the United States (Excludes HI, AK). If you have any questions on whether or not a product qualifies contact us toll free and we'll be happy to assist you.

At EnvyFurniture.com we are committed to offering outstanding quality and service and we are here to serve you during regular business hours Monday through Saturday. If you are unhappy with a product or service, please contact us and let us know the problem. We respond to ALL complaints in a timely manner. "Puff" line products, Bungie office products, and rugs are all backed by a 14 day, no hassle, money back guarantee. Simply contact us for an RMA number and return the product in like new condition to the address we will provide you, and receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee and the actual costs of any shipping charges which may have been covered by a "Free Shipping" promotion. You are also responsible for any charges incurred while shipping the merchandise back to us. If a product arrives to you damaged, or an error was made on our behalf, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will cover the return shipping charges. If you decide you do not want replacement parts or an exchange, the item will be accepted in accordance with our standard return policy. Most other items including sofas, and chairs fall under our special order policy which are non-returnable. Please contact us for return questions on any particular item.

Under no circumstances will www.envyfurniture.com accept the return of any product other than those products listed. All other products including, but not limited to, sofas, chairs, and barstools fall under our special order policy and are non-returnable. If you have a problem with a product it will be handled through the manufacturers warranty and policies. All warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer. Envy will be happy to assist with your warranty issues, but does not provide any warranty coverage directly. Please contact us for return questions on any particular item.
